It's one of our most strategically positioned sites for food businesses whose clients or distribution routes are concentrated in South West London.

All Wimbledon kitchens require two months deposit plus one month rent plus VAT upfront. The 170sqft kitchen is available on a 12 or 24 month licence at £2,600 per month. The 300sqft kitchen is on a 24 month lease at £3,600 per month. The 600sqft kitchen is on a 24 month lease at £6,200 per month. Larger units are priced individually. Speak to the team for details.

Yes. Dry store and cold or frozen storage is available from £50 per shelf per month, subject to availability. Bespoke quotes are available for larger storage requirements. The site also has a goods lift and biodigestion service on site. Speak to the team to confirm what is currently available.
