Your Small kitchen comes with a 3 door counter freezer, double door fridge, 6 grid combi oven, extraction hood and sinks - everything you need to produce food commercially from day one. All equipment is maintained by us as part of your rent. If you have specialist equipment you want to bring or add, speak to the team - we can usually accommodate additional items and in some cases can organise a lease and charge it back monthly.
Once you've signed your lease, most partners are operational within ten days. The kitchen is fully fitted and ready to use - there's no build programme, no equipment sourcing and no waiting around. We'll walk you through the site, introduce you to the on-site team, and make sure you know how everything works before you start production. From there, you're on your own - but we're always on site if you need us.
Yes - and several of our current partners started in a Small kitchen before moving up. When the time is right we'll look at what's available across our sites and help you make the transition without disrupting your operation. There's no pressure to move before you're ready, and no penalty for staying exactly where you are.
The minimum lease term for a 170sqft kitchen is one year. A 24 month licence is also available if you'd prefer a longer initial commitment. All licences require two months deposit plus one month rent plus VAT upfront. Speak to the team to confirm availability and agree the right term for your business.
