Hackney offers three private kitchen units at 180sqft, 200sqft and 220sqft. Each is fully fitted and ready to use, with the same professional standard of equipment and services as across the Karma Kitchen portfolio. Speak to the team to confirm which units are currently available.

The Hackney site has a distinct layout and unit configuration compared to our other locations. The three units available — 180sqft, 200sqft and 220sqft — are well suited to smaller food businesses and independent operators who need a private production space in East London. For larger requirements, our Wood Green, Bermondsey or Wimbledon sites may be a better fit.

All Hackney kitchens require two months deposit plus 20% plus one month rent upfront. The 180sqft unit is £2,800 per month, the 200sqft is £3,300 per month and the 220sqft is £3,600 per month. All are on 24 month leases. Speak to the team to discuss what works best for your business.

Yes. Dry store and cold or frozen storage is available from £50 per shelf per month, subject to availability. Speak to the team to confirm what is currently available at Hackney.
