Yes. The standard fit-out covers everything most food businesses need from day one, but if you have specialist equipment you want to bring or add, we can usually accommodate it. For additional items you don't own, we can organise a lease and charge it back monthly. Speak to the team before signing and we'll make sure the kitchen is configured exactly as you need it.
We'll help you move up. Several of our current 600sqft kitchen partners started in a 300sqft unit. When the time is right we'll look at what's available across our sites and manage the transition without disrupting your operation. There's no pressure to move before you're ready - but when you are, we'll make it straightforward.
The minimum lease term for a 300sqft kitchen is two years. All leases require two months deposit plus one month rent plus VAT upfront. Speak to the team to confirm availability and agree your start date.
