Yes - at 600sqft you have exclusive use of a full walk-in cold room. It is dedicated to your unit, not shared with any other kitchen. Temperature is monitored as part of our daily site audit and all maintenance is handled by us as part of your rent.
When the time is right we'll look at what's available across our sites and work with you to plan the transition. Our 900sqft+ kitchens are built for teams of ten or more and can be configured to your specific production requirements. There's no pressure to move before you're ready - but when you are, we'll make it straightforward. Speak to the team to find out what's currently available.
The minimum lease term for a 600sqft kitchen is two years. All leases require two months deposit plus one month rent plus VAT upfront. Speak to the team to confirm availability and agree your start date.
The 600sqft kitchen is currently available at four of our six London sites — Bermondsey, Crystal Palace, Wimbledon and Wood Green. It is not available at our Hackney or London Fields sites. Speak to the team to confirm current availability at your preferred location and arrange a visit.
Yes. Our kitchens are designed with food safety certification in mind. The flow design allows for a single continuous route from goods in through production to goods out, separate from people and waste — meeting the requirements of both SALSA and BRC standards. If certification is a specific requirement, speak to the team before signing and we'll make sure the right configuration is in place from day one.
