Bermondsey offers the full range of Karma Kitchen spaces — from shared kitchen access through to large-scale private production units of 900sqft and above. Private kitchens are available from 170sqft, with units at 300sqft, 600sqft and larger also available. Speak to the team to confirm current availability and find the right fit for your operation.

All private kitchens require two months deposit plus one month rent plus VAT upfront. The 170sqft kitchen is available on a 12 or 24 month licence. The 300sqft and 600sqft kitchens are on a 24 month lease. Larger units are priced and structured individually - speak to the team for details.

Yes. Dry store shelves and cold or frozen storage are available from £50 per shelf per month, subject to availability. If you need larger storage arrangements, speak to the team and we'll put together a bespoke quote.

Electricity is individually metered to your unit at 18.84p per KWh. A 4% service charge on your monthly rent also covers hot water, communal heating, communal electricity and cleaning.

Speak to the team and we'll confirm availability, agree a start date and get your paperwork underway. You'll need a public liability insurance certificate, employer's liability insurance certificate, Food Hygiene L2 or above for all food handlers on site, and local council food business registration. All paperwork needs to be completed ten working days before your start date, after which you'll have a full induction with the site manager before you begin production.
